Refund policy

At CEAN, we want you to love how you feel in your garments. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges for any reason. We’re happy for you to try our products and make sure they’re right for you.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order being delivered.

1.2 Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

1.3 Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Exchanges

2.1 Free Global Exchanges
We offer free exchanges worldwide, including for size, color, or product type. CEAN will cover the cost of exchange shipping.

2.2 How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, complete the Contact Us form. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


3. Returns

3.1 United States
Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the United States. A $12 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.2 International
International returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Return Limit Policy
Each product is eligible for return only once per customer. For example, if you return a pair of leggings, you may not purchase and return that same product again.

3.4 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please complete the Contact Us form and our team will assist you with the process.


4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item being received at our warehouse.

4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to post the funds to your account.


5. Return Abuse

5.1 Monitoring
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse.

5.2 Examples of Abuse Include:

  • Multiple orders with consistent returns

  • Purchasing large quantities with the intent to return

  • Making purchases with no intent to become a genuine customer
