At CEAN, the wait should feel as good as the wear. We ship your wellness wardrobe worldwide from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA, quickly, carefully, and with no guesswork along the way. Here’s everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order arrives.
The quick version
- Free shipping on US orders over $125, and on every region once you hit its free-shipping threshold.
- Dispatch in 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.
- Duties and taxes included on all international orders. The price at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprises at the door.
Order processing
We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day. During launches, sales, and peak periods, processing may take a little longer, and we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Please note: processing time (getting your order packed and out the door) is separate from delivery time (how long it travels to you). Your total time to arrival is processing time plus delivery time.

Once dispatched, here’s roughly how long your order takes to arrive. These are average estimates, not guarantees, and don’t include any time held in customs.

Shipping rates & free-shipping thresholds
Spend over the threshold for your region and shipping is on us. Below it, a flat rate applies. Your exact rate, threshold, and currency are always shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping somewhere else, like Switzerland, the UAE, Japan, or Singapore? No problem. We deliver to over 190 countries, and your local rate, threshold, and currency will be shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
Every international order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. There are never any extra charges to settle on delivery, and never any surprises at the door.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If your tracking hasn’t updated within a couple of business days of dispatch, reach out and we’ll chase it down for you.
Addresses & delivery details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can’t redirect or change an address once your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, so be sure to use a full street address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll be in touch to arrange a reship or refund.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Couriers are reliable, but very occasionally things go sideways. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or goes missing, contact us within 5 days of the dispatch date and we’ll make it right, whether that’s tracking it down, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund. Please keep any packaging if an item arrives damaged, as it helps us resolve things faster.
