What You Need

  • Spinach or kale
  • Zucchini
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, basil or dill)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Water
  • A pot, a bowl, a spoon

The Ritual

Put CEAN on first. Nourishment lands differently when the body already feels supported.

Add greens, zucchini, herbs, water and a generous pinch of salt to a pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. You don’t rush this. Stay nearby. Watch the colour soften. Inhale the smell as steam rises. Blend lightly with olive oil until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and sit down before doing anything else. No phone. No standing at the counter.
