- Bare feet or socks

- 5–10 uninterrupted minutes
The Ritual
Stand in front of a mirror wearing CEAN. Feet hip-width apart. Arms relaxed.
Begin by doing nothing. Just notice how you’re standing. Where your shoulders sit. Where your head rests over your spine.
Soften your jaw. Let your shoulders drop. Allow your spine to lengthen without force. Watch your breath expand into your ribs as your posture changes.
Begin slow movement. Shoulder rolls. Gentle arm lifts timed with breath. A soft twist through the spine. You move slowly enough to watch your body move well.
You observe your reflection without judgement. You notice shape, alignment and ease. You see how CEAN lifts and supports without squeezing.
Energy builds quietly through awareness.
