- Floor space

The Ritual
Lie down with your hips close to the wall and legs resting up. Arms relaxed by your sides. CEAN on.
Press play on the CEAN sound.
Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Let the sound guide the pace of your breath. Don’t control it. Follow it.
